Payments
Payment should be made in full at the time of the planning consultation. This is to include consultation fee, investigations, treatment costs and medication.

Treatment will commence, once we are in receipt of payment.

Should you need to cancel your appointment, a notice period of at least 24hours is required. Failure to do so will incur a £50.00 charge.

The fee schedule is effective from October 2011 and is subject to change without notification.

Our treatment package costs do not include drugs, consultations, blood tests, semen investigations or embryo freezing.

The costs do include HFEA fees, cycle monitoring, theatre care, laboratory procedures, pregnancy confirmation,
counselling and a follow up consultation after IVF/ICSI.

All patients are given a costed treatment plan before commencing treatment

Diagnostic tests

A full range of diagnostic tests can be provided if required. Blood tests must be paid for at the time the samples are taken.

Drug Payments

Once drugs have been dispensed we are unable to provide a refund.

Cancelled cycles

Refunds will be made for cycles abandoned for medical reasons prior to egg collection or insemination.
The amount of refund will be determined by the stage of treatment reached.

Donor sperm from other centres

The Leicester Fertility Centre has a substantial sperm donor bank.
However if sperm from another UK centre is required there will be additional charges to cover
the purchase and carriage of samples. The cost may vary according to the centre purchased from.
